OUR TEAM
Kasetsart University Faculty of Forestry (KUFF) as the Project Coordinator works closely with the Royal Forest Department (RFD)and the ITTO to implement the project activities.
The Project Team is guided by the Project Steering Committee (PSC) chaired by the Director-General of the RFD, and the Project Technical Committee (PTC).
Roles of PSC and PTC are to approve the budget plan, monitor and evaluate the project progress against the project, and give immediate instructions on necessary revisions and adjustments, supervising, monitoring, and supporting the project implementation, respectively.
